If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Previewly is a subscription-based SaaS that allows users to generate:

  • Open Graph images
  • Promotional product images

using AI-assisted layouts and uploaded assets.

3. Accounts

You must:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Previewly is a paid service
  • Plans are billed monthly or annually
  • All payments are processed via Polar.sh
  • Prices may change, but existing subscriptions will not be affected without notice

❗ No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, as costs are immediately incurred for AI image generation and ongoing platform development.

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly image generation limit.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass usage limits
  • Abuse or overload the system
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes

6. User Content

You retain ownership of:

  • Logos
  • Screenshots
  • Project descriptions

By using Previewly, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Generated images are produced by AI and:

  • May vary in output quality
  • Are provided “as is”
  • Should be reviewed before production use

Previewly does not guarantee specific performance, design outcomes, or conversion results.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to:

  • The Previewly platform
  • Branding
  • UI
  • Generated layouts logic

remain the property of Previewly.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Previewly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These terms are violated
  • The service is abused
  • Required by law

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
